HOW TO REGISTER:

1.) Contact Masha via email or whatsapp messenger to let her know which day or month you would like to join online classes:

2.) After communicating with Masha, send tuition payment through the app of your choice, below. Please let Masha know which app:

*Send paypal "as gift", otherwise add $2 service fee.

Once Masha confirms she has received your registration via one of the methods above, she will send you the zoom link to join class.
Zoom links are usually sent the day before a class, as a reminder.

Please try to give Masha at least 24 hours notice of your intention to join a class. Registration process closes 3 hours before class, out of consideration for personal time.

Please Read Details Below:

  • By registering for any online dance class, you are releasing Masha from liability in the unlikely event that you accidentaly injure yourself somehow during class. Be gentle and mindful with your body at all times. ♡ Take movements at your own pace whenever you feel it's necessary.

  • Download zoom in advance. Join the online zoom classroom a few minutes before class, so everyone is ready to start together on time.

  • ​For your convenience, each lesson will be recorded and available online 1 week after the initial class date. If you miss a lesson, you have 1 week to catch-up.

  • Wear form fitting and comfortable excercise clothing; something you *feel good* in. Seeing the outline of your figure / your anatomical alignment is important for you and the instructor.

  • Have your video-camera-angle set up to show as much of the full body frame as possible: from your finger tips ( holding arms above the head) down to your feet. The instructor needs to see your whole body frame clearly in order to offer corrections. Also, it is very helpful for you to practice in front of a large mirror in which you can see and observe yourself.

  • Do not eat a full meal at least 2 hours prior to class. Abdominal excercises for belly dance are best practiced with a light feeling stomach.

  • ​Have some water nearby, and if you have a yoga mat, please keep it near; sometimes we do yoga stretches, on the floor, to finish class.

  • Remember, practice invites progress!
